Please feel free to call the office at 813-749-7001 during our business hours, and we will be happy to assist you with filling out your registration or answer any questions you may have. (Please note that we do not recommend using your phone to fill out this form.)

• Our Tampa Studio in June and July:

• Tiny Tots Camp (3-5 yrs) - choose one day, several days, or all six classes. We also have a Tiny Tots Creative Class on Thursday at 4:00 pm.
• Ballet/Tap/Hip-Hop Classes - continue your training in the Summer!
• Musical Theatre Camps for Disney's 101 Dalmatians Kids or Roald Dahl's Matilda JR - if you register and pay your deposit prior to Thursday, May 12th at 5:00 pm, you will be given an audition time. (We will also accept auditions and registrations during casting.) Casting for Roles will be on Saturday, May 14th at 11:30 am and Sunday, May 15th at 1:00 pm. (Your role will determine your rehearsal schedule.)

• Our Dunedin Studio in July at Academie Da Vinci School of The Arts and Technology in Dunedin:
• Register for one, or both, of our week-long sessions, Broadway Comes to Tampa Bay - and study with Broadway performers!

• Session One: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm from Monday, July 18th to Friday, July 22nd
• Session Two: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm from Monday, July 25th to Friday, July 29th
• Before and after care is available beginning at 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.

If you are already a student registered at Ovations Dance Academy, please fill out this form entitled "Ovations Summer Camp 2022: Current Student." Your registration fee will be billed to the payment you have on file.
